About John Pinard

Attorney John Pinard has extensive courtroom experience, appearing in court daily to argue motions, litigate complex legal issues, and advocate for his clients. He has developed a strong reputation for his knowledge of Fourth Amendment law, with a particular focus on illegal search and seizure cases. He regularly presents these constitutional issues before trial courts and appellate courts throughout Ohio. John represents clients in all criminal matters, from misdemeanor offenses to the most serious felony charges.

John earned his undergraduate degree from Centre College before attending law school at Ohio Northern University. During law school, he gained valuable prosecutorial experience with the City of Lima Prosecutor's Office and later served with the City of Dayton Prosecutor's Office. Since beginning his legal career in 2009, John has represented thousands of clients in criminal, juvenile, and personal injury matters. Today, his practice is focused primarily on felony criminal defense, OVI/DUI cases, and protecting the constitutional rights of individuals facing criminal charges.
